Vegan Chia Seed Pudding
You can eat this vegan chia seed pudding for breakfast, dessert, or as a snack. It tastes great and is good for you. Because chia seeds are high in fiber, protein, and omega-3 fatty acids, this pudding is not only tasty but also very good for you. Plus, you only need a few simple things to make it
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 cup plant-based milk such as almond, soy, or coconut
- 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup or agave nectar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract optional
- Fresh fruits or nuts for topping optional
Instructions:
Put chia seeds, plant-based milk, maple syrup or agave nectar, and, if you want, vanilla extract in a bowl and mix them together
Make sure the chia seeds are spread out evenly in the liquid by stirring it well
Put the bowl in the fridge with the lid on for at least two hours or overnight so the chia seeds can soak up the liquid and get thick like pudding
After the pudding has been chilled and thickened, give it one last stir and pour it into bowls to serve
If you want, you can add fresh fruits or nuts on top before serving
Have fun with your tasty vegan chia seed pudding
