Best Scrambled Eggs Ever
Ingredients:
- 4 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- Chopped chives or parsley for garnish optional
Instructions:
Put the eggs in a bowl and beat them until the whites and yolks are well mixed
While the pan is on medium-low heat, melt the butter in a nonstick pan
Place the beaten eggs in the skillet and do not move them for a short time
The eggs will begin to set around the edges
With a spatula, move the eggs slowly from one side of the pan to the other
This will let the raw eggs move into the empty space
Keep doing this, stirring and folding the eggs gently, until they are mostly set but still a little runny
To taste, add salt and freshly ground black pepper to the eggs
Add the heavy cream and stir it in
Cook for one more minute, or until the eggs are creamy and done the way you like them
If you want, you can add chopped chives or parsley as a garnish
Serve right away and enjoy
