Bacon and Date Goat Cheese Burgers
These burgers are so good The bacon and dates add a lot of flavor, and the goat cheese makes them creamy and tangy. Just right for a barbecue
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 lb ground bacon
- 1/2 cup chopped dates
- 1/2 cup crumbled goat cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 hamburger buns
- Lettuce and tomato slices for topping
Instructions:
Warm up the grill over medium-high heat
Put ground beef, ground bacon, chopped dates, crumbled goat cheese, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl
Mix everything together well
Split the mixture in half and shape each half into a burger patty
Put the burger patties on a grill that has already been heated up
Cook for four to five minutes on each side, or until they are done the way you like them
On the grill, toast the buns for one to two minutes, or until they are lightly browned
