Three-Chocolate Fudge
Ingredients:
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 can 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts optional
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
Line an 8x8 inch 20x20 cm square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal
In a medium-sized saucepan, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips, milk chocolate chips, and white chocolate chips over low heat, stirring constantly until melted and smooth
Stir in the sweetened condensed milk, unsalted butter, and a pinch of salt
Continue to cook and stir until the mixture is well combined and smooth
Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the vanilla extract
If desired, add the chopped nuts and mix well
Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly
Chill the fudge in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or until it becomes firm
Once the fudge has set, use the parchment paper overhangs to lift it out of the pan
Place it on a cutting board and cut it into small squares or rectangles
