Grilled Flank Steak with Chimichurri

A succulent grilled flank steak paired with a zesty chimichurri sauce, perfect for a barbecue gathering.

Ingredients:

  • 5 lbs flank steak
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh oregano, chopped
  • 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions:

Warm the grill up to a medium-high level

Add salt and black pepper to the flank steak

Grill the steak for 5 to 7 minutes on each side, or until its done the way you like it

Add chopped oregano, red wine vinegar, olive oil, red pepper flakes, and lemon juice to a bowl

Then mix the parsley, garlic, and oregano

After grilling the flank steak, let it rest for a few minutes before cutting it

Put chimichurri sauce on top of the sliced steak and serve
