Easy Crockpot Beef Fajitas
With these Easy Crockpot Beef Fajitas, you can enjoy flavorful fajitas without putting in a lot of work. You can just put the food in the slow cooker and leave it to do the work.
Ingredients:

- 5 lbs beef flank steak, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can 14
- 5 oz diced tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper optional
Instructions:
Slice the beef and put it in the slow cooker with the onion, bell peppers, and garlic
Put tomato paste, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper if using in a small bowl
Mix the ingredients together
The tomato sauce should be poured over the beef and vegetables in the slow cooker
Use a stir to mix
Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours, until the beef is soft
After the beef fajitas are cooked, put them in tortillas and top them with whatever you like, like sour cream, shredded cheese, guacamole, or salsa
