Copycat KFC Crispy Potato Wedges

Ingredients:
- 4 large russet potatoes, scrubbed and cut into wedges
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Vegetable oil, for frying
Instructions:
Spices like paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper should all be mixed together in a large bowl
Toss the potato wedges in the bowl with the flour mixture until they are covered all over
Warm up the vegetable oil in a big pan over medium-low heat until it reaches 350F 175C
Fry the potato wedges one at a time for 5 to 7 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy
Take the wedges out of the oil and let them drain on paper towels
Serve hot with the sauce of your choice
