Fiber-Protein Dip
This Fiber-Protein Dip is a nutritious and delicious snack option thats packed with fiber and protein. Its made with black beans, avocado, Greek yogurt, and salsa for a creamy texture and bold flavor. Enjoy it as a dip for chips or vegetable sticks
Ingredients:
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup salsa
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: chopped cilantro, diced tomatoes, sliced green onions for garnish
Instructions:
Put black beans, avocado, Greek yogurt, salsa, lime juice, and cumin in a food processor and blend them together
Mix until its creamy and smooth
Add salt and pepper to taste and make changes as needed
Place the dip in a bowl for serving
