Healthy Walnut Fudge
This healthy walnut fudge is a delicious and nutritious treat. Its vegan, gluten-free, and refined sugar-free, making it a guilt-free indulgence.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups walnuts
- 1 cup dates, pitted
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
Instructions:
Use a food processor to grind walnuts into a fine powder
Mix in the sea salt, cocoa powder, dates, and almond butter
Mix until everything comes together
Put the mixture in a baking dish that has been lined with parchment paper
Put it in the fridge for at least an hour
